penang: episode #4

day4: 2nd September 2006
1030 hours: was woken up by dad and mom… wakey-wakey! its’ the weekend, and so like usual, our destination would be to Sg. Petani. sis and i hesitated a lil… "maklumlah it’s holiday! biasalah to bangun lewat."
1200 hours: off we went to sg. petani. ate lunch there at a hawker center. proceeded to our house. mom and dad did gardening. hahaha sis and i continued our "beauty sleep". the dogs did the same thing.
1700 hours: again, parents woke us up… the dogs were already up and running wild around the house. left the SP and headed for penang… yay! we had to go cos sis and i had a party to attend tonight.
1830 hours: reached penang, dressed up hurriedly… sis took ages to bathe! i played her "lady-in-waiting"… again, like always. at long last, we were finally on our way. picked up a friend on the way.
1945 hours: thought we were late - like really late ’cause the party was supposed to start a 7.00 pm. to our surprise, we were the 1st to arrive! wow… later ppl started arriving and the party started.
2200 hours: the party ended. soon we were on our way back home. dropped our friend back at her house. had our time laughing at jokes in the car. fun. but i was beginning to feel the dread of the day. lethargy was beginning to weigh on me.
2230 hours: finally we reached home - and my bed of course. had to sleep early as we had to attend church tomorrow and i promised derlin to meet her at 9am.
